Meetings
Regular monthly meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at the following time:
May – October @ 6:00 pm
November – April @ 1:00 pm
The meetings are held at the District Office at 1500 West Main Street, Buhl, Idaho. Notice of the meeting shall be given no less than 5 days prior, and 48-hour agenda notice shall be given. The Agenda is subject to change 48 hours prior to the meeting. Reference I.C. 74-204(1)

Public Comments
The public comment section is reserved for citizens who wish to address the board regarding a district-related issue. Comments are limited to five minutes per person.
Requests to be on the Agenda
Requests to be on the Agenda must be made by the Monday of the preceding week of the Board Meeting.
Meetings Falling on a Holiday
If a board meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting will either be canceled or moved to a different date.
Types of Meetings
Special Meeting
A special meeting is a non-regularly scheduled meeting convened to address specific or urgent matters that require immediate attention. These meetings are called outside the board’s regular meeting schedule. The Special Meeting may be held at least twenty-four (24) hours notice in advance of the meeting unless an emergency exists. Reference I.C. 74-204(2)
Emergency Meeting
An emergency meeting is a special type of meeting convened to address urgent or unforeseen issues that require immediate action. This type of meeting is typically called when an unexpected situation arises that cannot wait until the next regular meeting due to potential risks, significant implications, or immediate public safety concerns. Reference I.C. 74-204(2)
Workshop
Workshops are held at a time agreed upon by the Board if needed. Notice requirements are the same as those for a Regular Meeting.
Executive Session ONLY
If only an executive session were to be held, a 24-hour meeting notice and agenda would be given. Reference I.C 74-203(3)
