Commissioners

The Buhl Highway District Board consists of three elected officials whose duties, powers, and election procedures are governed by Idaho Code, Title 40, Chapter 13.

Each commissioner:

• Resides in one of the three Buhl Highway Sub-Districts.
• Is elected through a district-wide election.
• Serves a term determined by the established election process.

Elections are held in conjunction with the general election on the third Tuesday of May in odd-numbered years.

The Board meets monthly on the second Monday at the District Office and holds additional Special Meetings as needed. Commissioners also represent the District at intergovernmental forums, public meetings, and other gatherings.
