1400 East Road, 3700 North to 4000 North (3 miles)

Description: The road surface will be milled with a new hot mix asphalt overlay.

Restrictions: The road will be closed to thru traffic during construction with a detour. During the construction phase, local traffic and services (mail, garbage, and emergency services) will be provided access. During the paving phase the road will be closed to thru traffic and services.

Description: This project is to rehabilitate and widen 4100 North Road from 1730 East in the Buhl Highway District to 2100 East Road in the Filer Highway District. The project will include recycling the existing Cement Recycle Asphalt Base (CRAB) and utilizing the material to build the new widened base of the roadway section. The roadway will receive a new hot mix asphalt overlay and new striping. This project is being companioned with Filer Highway District’s project KN 19672 from 2100 East to 2400 East. The two projects will complete the 6.65-mile rehabilitation of 4100 North Road.
